It is not for you if you need live results streaming from EVM units – this reads a periodic extract, not a feed. It is not a voter-roll management system, so it will not deduplicate or verify individual electors. And if your commission already runs a governed warehouse with row-level security, a workbook is the wrong container for that data.

How to Use It

1. Unzip and open the .xlsx in Excel 2016 or a newer build. Nothing to enable – there are no macros.
2. Open the Data sheet and paste your own extract from row 4 down, keeping the 36 column headers in row 2 exactly as they are.
3. Press Ctrl+Alt+F5 (Refresh All). Every KPI card, chart and slicer picks up the new rows.
