Who This Template Is For – and Who It Is Not For

A Plain Word About Patient Data

Every appointment count, revenue figure, conversion rate and satisfaction score shipped in the file is buyer-entered demo data. The 500 visit rows, the practitioner names, the center names and the payer names are invented to make the charts render. None of it is real, and no row in it describes a real person.

If you replace that demo data with real patient information – names, appointment details, payer details or anything describing a visit – you are handling special-category health data, and the responsibility for that sits entirely with you. Lawful basis, consent where required, storage location, encryption, access control, retention and deletion, and any breach obligation are all yours to determine and operate. This is an ordinary spreadsheet file: it has no access control, no audit trail, no encryption of its own and no de-identification step.

Honest Notes on This Build

  • The Service Quality pie labels collide. The four small slices print their labels on top of one another, so “Cancelled, 31” and “Scheduled, 22” overlap and can be misread as “Cancelled, 22”. The underlying values are correct – 393 completed, 33 no-show, 31 cancelled, 22 scheduled, 21 rescheduled, totalling 500 – and moving the labels or switching to a legend fixes the display in a few seconds.
  • Center names are truncated on one chart. On the first Center Analysis chart the category axis shows “Downtown…”, “Riverside…” and so on. Widening the chart or rotating the labels restores them; every other chart on that page prints the names in full.
  • The practitioner star chart prints its value labels over the fifth star, so the partial-star fill is hidden behind the number. The numbers themselves are correct and readable.
  • A rounding boundary to be aware of. On satisfaction by age band, the Under 18 group computes 4.0508 and the 55-69 group 4.0494 – 0.0014 apart – but display as 4.1 and 4.0, which looks like a bigger gap than it is. Add a decimal place if that matters to you.
  • Two figures are defined more narrowly than their labels suggest. Total Billed Revenue counts only visits that were actually completed, so the 107 cancelled, no-show, scheduled and rescheduled rows contribute nothing to it even though those rows still carry a notional consultation fee and procedure charge in their own columns. That is why the Revenue Analysis consultation-fee and eyewear totals ($63.3K and $49.8K) sum higher than the $141.2K headline – they include visits that were never billed. Separately, Avg. Revenue per Visit divides by all 500 visits rather than the 393 completed ones, giving $282.42 where revenue per completed visit is $359.32. Both are consistent everywhere they appear; they are definitions to know, not arithmetic errors.
  • Average wait time and consultation time are in minutes, though the charts do not print the unit.
  • We recomputed the cross-page totals and they reconcile. Billed revenue sums to $141,212.37 identically on Overview, by service type, by center and by region; operating cost sums to $76,560.19; and every visit-count breakdown – region, age band, gender, channel, status – totals exactly 500. The 78.6% completion figure is 393/500 computed the same way its caption describes, and the KPI card counts are formatted as counts, not currency.
