Customization & All-Access Policy

Part A: All-Access passes

1. The passes

Launch offers (for example, a reduced Lifetime Pro price for a limited period) are shown on the Pricing page while they run. Custom consulting work, customization add-ons, Academy courses and certificates, and third-party products are not included in any pass.

2. How access works

• A pass is linked to one customer account. An account is created at checkout when you buy a pass.
• When you are logged in, every product included in your pass shows a price of $0 with the label “Included in your pass”. Add it to the cart and complete the free checkout to download it.
• Your downloads appear under My Account > Downloads. Your pass details (tier, expiry date and downloads used today) appear under My Account > My Pass.
• If you buy a pass and other products in the same order, products covered by that pass are not charged in that order.

3. Fair use

• Each pass includes up to 20 product downloads per day. Products beyond the daily limit are charged at the normal price, or you can claim them the next day.
• A pass is for one person. Sharing login details, or using automated tools to download the catalogue, is not allowed. We may suspend a pass that shows signs of sharing or bulk scraping, after contacting you.

4. Renewal and expiry

• Annual passes do not renew automatically and you are never charged without placing an order.
• We email you 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before your pass expires. Renewing before the expiry date gives you a 20% loyalty discount, and the new 12 months are added to your current expiry date.
• You can upgrade from Templates to Pro at any time by purchasing the Pro pass; your Pro term starts from the upgrade date.
• When a pass expires, products you have already downloaded remain yours to keep and use under the licence. New pass downloads stop until you renew.

5. Refunds for passes

• You may request a full refund of an annual or lifetime pass within 7 days of purchase if you have downloaded fewer than 5 products with it. Email [email protected] with your order number.
• After 7 days, or after 5 or more downloads, passes are non-refundable. The exceptions in our Cancellation and Refund Policy (product not as described, or an access fault we cannot fix) still apply.
• When a pass is refunded, access ends immediately.

6. Licence

• All-Access Templates: the standard licence from our Copyright and Reselling Rights Policy: personal, educational and internal business use.
• All-Access Pro and Lifetime Pro (commercial licence): you may also use the templates to deliver work for your own clients (for example, preparing a client’s dashboard or report with our template). You may not resell, share, redistribute or upload the template files themselves, alone or as part of another product, to any website or marketplace.
• Web apps included in Pro are delivered as code files with the setup guide. Deployment on your Google account, hosting and configuration are not included; they are available as a paid customization add-on.

7. Price changes

Pass prices may change for new purchases and renewals. The price you paid is never changed for your current term, and Lifetime Pro is never charged again.

Part B: Customization add-ons

8. Packages and prices

You can add customization when you buy a product. Prices depend on the product type:

Prices in Indian rupees are shown at checkout for customers in India. All-Access Pro and Lifetime Pro members receive 10% off customization add-ons.

9. What each package includes

Basic Branding

• Your logo, company name and brand colours.
• Currency, date format and the language of headings.
• Renaming headings, fields and dropdown lists.
• Up to 3 additional columns or fields.

Standard Customization: everything in Basic Branding, plus:

• Up to 2 new reports, sheets, charts or Power BI pages.
• Changes to formulas, logic and KPIs.
• Loading your existing data (up to 1,000 rows), supplied in Excel or CSV.
• Power BI: connecting one Excel or CSV data source.
• VBA systems and web apps: up to 2 additional form fields or one small new feature.
• All communication by email; a short online call only if the job needs it.

10. Not included

• New modules or major new features, integrations and APIs.
• Power BI Service, gateways or publishing; website or app hosting.
• Data cleaning or migration beyond 1,000 rows.
• Ongoing support, maintenance or training.

Anything outside a package is quoted separately by our consulting team before any work starts.

11. Process and timelines

1. After payment you receive an email with a short request form (logo, changes needed, sample data and your preferred contact method).
2. We contact you within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday, India Standard Time) to confirm the scope.
3. Delivery time starts when we have received everything needed from you:
   • Basic Branding: 3 working days
   • Standard Customization: 5 working days
   • Standard Customization for VBA systems and web apps: 7 working days

12. Revisions

• Every package includes one revision round, requested within 7 days of delivery.
• A revision adjusts the agreed scope; it does not add new features.
• If we do not hear from you within 7 days of delivery, the work is treated as accepted.
• Additional revision rounds: US$15 for simple templates and dashboards, US$29 for VBA systems, web apps and bundles.

13. If the request is larger than the package

We will tell you before starting. You can upgrade from Basic Branding to Standard Customization by paying the difference, or receive a custom quote.

14. Your inputs

If we do not receive the information we need within 30 days of your order, the request is closed and the amount paid is issued as store credit valid for 6 months.

15. Refunds for customization

• Full refund of the add-on if work has not started, or if we are unable to deliver the agreed scope.
• No refund once the scope is confirmed and work has started, except for non-delivery.
• The template itself follows our standard Cancellation and Refund Policy.

16. Licence, confidentiality and data

• The customized file is licensed for your own business use under the licence of the original product. It may not be resold or redistributed.
• Your data and branding are confidential. We delete your data 30 days after final delivery.
• We may reuse general improvements in our products, never your data, branding or business information.

17. Invoices and tax

Customization is a service. Customers in India receive a tax invoice for the customization amount, with GST applied where required.
