Compatibility and Requirements
- Works in Microsoft Excel desktop on Windows with macros enabled. It does not run in Excel for the web, Google Sheets or on mobile.
- You log in as Admin or User when you open the file. Microsoft explains how to turn macros on in Enable or disable macros in Microsoft 365 files.

The system has Admin and User roles. The Admin assigns module-level permissions in User Access Control, so each user sees only the modules they are allowed to open.

Yes. The list box on the Main Form filters by date range and columns and sorts records. You can export records to Excel for sharing or backup, and the Reports module builds Excel reports for a selected date range.
Can I see who changed a record?
The system keeps a record history that shows the modifications made to a record.
Does it work offline?
Yes. It is built in Microsoft Excel with VBA and runs as an offline desktop system.
