Honest note on the shipped file
Three things we found while checking this build, none of which affect the numbers: (1) on the scorecard table the YoY Arrow column tracks raw movement, not whether the movement is good — a rise is green and a fall is red even on a lower-is-better KPI, so Materials Cost per Job falling 5.5% shows red while Survey to Quote Turnaround lengthening 14.2% shows green; read the Achievement % and status light for the direction-aware verdict. (2) The line charts abbreviate the value axis to whole thousands, so on a currency KPI two adjacent gridlines can both read “8K”. (3) A month whose achievement is 99.98% displays as “100.0%” while still being flagged At Risk — the display rounds, the status does not.
