Compatibility and Requirements
- Works in Microsoft Excel desktop (Excel 2016 or later, or Microsoft 365).
- The month selector and KPI selector are standard Excel dropdown lists. Microsoft explains them in Create a drop-down list.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which sheets are in the file?
Seven tabs: Home, Dashboard, KPI Trend, Actual Numbers Input, Target, Previous Year and KPI Definition.
How do I switch the month on the dashboard?
Pick the month in the month selector on the Dashboard tab. It then shows MTD and YTD actuals against target and against the previous year.
How do I set the start of my year?
Change the start month in cell E1 and the dashboard recalculates.
What does LTB or UTB mean?
It is the KPI type shown in the KPI Definition sheet: lower the better or upper the better. The arrows use it to show whether a result is good or bad.
Can I add my own compliance KPIs?
Yes. Everything is editable, so you can change the KPI list to match your compliance goals.
