How do I update the dashboard?
Enter your MTD and YTD actual values in the Actual Numbers sheet and your targets in the Target sheet. Then select the month in cell D3 of the Dashboard sheet and the figures update.
Can I compare this year with last year?
Yes. Add last year’s MTD and YTD values to the Previous Year Number sheet. The Dashboard shows Previous Year vs Actual (%) for both MTD and YTD.
How do I see the trend for one KPI?
Open the KPI Trend sheet and choose the KPI name in cell C3. The sheet shows the KPI group, unit, type (UTB or LTB), formula and definition, plus MTD and YTD trend charts of Actual vs Target vs Previous Year.
How do I change the reporting year?
Set the year in cell E1 of the Actual Numbers sheet.
