The Data sheet has 22 columns describing an admission, not a patient chart. There are no diagnosis or procedure codes, no clinical notes, no medication lists, no dates of birth, no addresses and no contact details. Age arrives pre-banded (Child 0-12 through Senior 65+), never as a birth date.

The one person-level column is a display Patient Name, used only to produce the distinct “unique patients” count. Replace it with your own coded reference and that count still works exactly as before.
